RULES ON THE USE OF THE BADMINTON COURT
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 15, 2022
The following rules shall be strictly enforced for the use of the badminton court located at the Bel-Air Village Phase 2 Park.
OPERATING HOURS: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (morning only) Morning 8:00AM to 9:00AM Afternoon 4:00PM to 5:00PM
One badminton court will be operational.
The court personnel will mist the court and disinfect all equipment and surfaces one hour before the session. Electric fans will be turned on during this time and turned off before the start of the session.
The court is open to residents only.
Reservation is required. No walk-in allowed. Reservation shall be made one working day before the playing day. Please call Ms. Jane Capablanca at the BAVA office at 88971856 for reservations.
Each reservation will be for one hour. No extension. No deviation from time slot. No block or multiple reservations.
SINGLES GAME ONLY. However, a maximum of 4 players per time slot may enter the court to allow for alternate games.
Prior to the start of each session, every player shall be subject to a visual and temperature check by the court personnel.
Social distancing should always be maintained.
Players should wear proper playing attire. Non-marking rubber shoes are required.
Players should bring their own rackets and shuttlecocks, drinking water, alcohol and other disinfectant.
The court personnel shall have full authority to deny any player entry or request a player to leave the court if in their assessment the player poses a health risk to other players on the court.
Players shall respect the authority of the court personnel on duty to require players to end their game at the end of their time slot.
WAIVER
All residents who wish to use the courts will be required to sign a WAIVER holding the Bel-Air Village Association, Barangay Bel-Air, their officers and employees free and clear from any claims that may result from contracting the COVID-19 virus from the use of the facilities. The waiver form needs to be signed and submitted to the court personnel every time the resident uses the badminton court.
