A. OPENING/CLOSING OF GATES – effective on Monday, 05 September 2022.
1. ORBIT/JUPITER GATE – The newly renovated gate will now be opened from 7am
onwards.
2. COMET & SATURN GATES – will now be closed due to the completion of the
renovation of the Orbit/Jupiter gate.
3. COMET/CONSTELLATION GATE – Open for exit to vehicles of residents with
BEL-AIR sticker only between 7am to 7pm everyday.
4. AQUARIUS/AMAPOLA GATE
a. Friday & Saturday – open from 6am to 12midnight
b. Sunday to Thursday – open from 6am to 10 pm
5. PASEO DE ROXAS GATE
a. Open 24 hours – entry & exit for pedestrians (non-residents and with BAVA ID)
b. From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm – entry & exit for vehicles with
BAVA/MIVA stickers only.
c. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. – for all vehicles.
6. NEPTUNE/BULI GATE – open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for all pedestrians.
7. MERCEDES/KALAYAAN GATE – open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. entry and exit for
vehicles with BAVA/MIVA stickers and pedestrians (non-residents and with BAVA
ID).
8. MARS GATE – Open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. entry and exit of Motorcycles and
pedestrians with BAVA ID.
9. ZODIAC/JUPITER GATE
a. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for entry and exit of vehicles with and without
BAVA/MIVA sticker
b. Entry and exit for pedestrians (non-residents and with BAVA ID)
10. ESTRELLA/ZODIAC – Closed
A. BOARD RESOLUTIONS – During the Regular Board Meeting of the BAVA Board of
Governors last Tuesday, 30 August 2022, the following Board Resolutions were approved;
1. NO PARKING OF VEHICLES OF NEPTUNE RESIDENT ALONG NEPTUNE STREET
ADJACENT TO THE NEPTUNE WALL
Board Resolution No. 2022-07-06
WHEREAS, it was noted that there are residents going to Century City Mall and other nearby areas who parked their vehicles along Neptune Street;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, that parking slots along Neptune Street shall be made available to Bel-Air residents going to Century City Mall and other nearby areas
RESOLVED FURTHER, residents of Neptune Street are prohibited from parking their own vehicles along Neptune Street, on the opposite of their property; otherwise, this shall be considered as illegal parking.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that any resident of Neptune Street whose vehicle is parked at BAVA’s Neptune Street parking slots shall be given a first and last warning and be fined One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) for each successive violations.
2. RANDOM CHECKING OF VEHICLES PARKED OVERNIGHT WITH COVER
Board Resolution No. 2022-07-07
WHEREAS, Board allows the Village residents to park their excess cars overnight at the frontage of their residences provided such vehicle bears a MIVA/BAVA sticker;
WHEREAS, it was noted that there are some car owners who cover their vehicles as a protection from the weather which makes it difficult for the motorized patrol to check whether the vehicle has a MIVA/BAVA sticker;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, in conducting random checking of all covered vehicles parked along the Village streets, the motorized patrol is required to seek first the permission of the concerned car owner.
B. CLEANING OF FRONTAGE
We would like to request the residents to please regularly clean their respective and immediate frontages. This will reduce air pollution and prevent drainage/canals from being clogged due to fallen leaves and other little piece of trash and to eliminate the breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes.
Let us do our share in having a clean environment for a healthy and safety living.
C. UNAUTHORIZED PLANTING ALONG NEPTUNE AND MERCEDES WALLS NOT ALLOWED
Please be advised that Barangay Bel-Air plans to enhance the present appearance of Neptune and Mercedes walls by planting trees, flowers and the like.
Thus, planting along these specific areas is PROHIBITED. All plants and trees that are already existing in the area are to be maintained by BAVA & Barangay Bel-Air
