SMARTGUARD Security Agency is now the new security service provider effective 20 October 2022

Dear Residents:

This is to inform you that SMARTGUARD Security Agency is now the new security service provider for Bel-Air Village effective 20 October 2022.

SMARTGUARD has absorbed all the security guards previously employed by the Association’s former service provider due to their experience and knowledge about the Village’s residents and policies. Since there is a need to better secure the Village, SMARTGUARD also hired new security guards to augment the present security force.

Hence, may we please request you to extend your utmost patience and understanding to the new security guards who are manning the vehicular and pedestrian gates.
