Please be informed that beginning Monday, 21 November 2022, Bel-Air Village Association is going to enhance the Zodiac/Jupiter gate, and may take at least 5 - 6 months to be fully completed.
Kindly take note of the traffic rerouting scheme for the Zodiac/Jupiter gate:
· Zodiac/ Jupiter vehicular gate will temporarily be closed
· Zodiac/ Jupiter pedestrian gate will remain open from 6 a.m to 10 p.m
· Paseo de Roxas gate (24 hours open) shall only be for the entry and exit of guest’s private vehicles with advance notice from residents and for BAVA/MIVA stickered vehicles.
· Kalayaan/Mercedes gate (6am to 11pm open) shall only be for the entry/exit of delivery/construction vehicles, taxis, guest’s private vehicles with no prior notice and BAVA/MIVA Stickered vehicles.
No other gates will be opened to vehicular traffic for the duration of this project.
