Members who intend to vote in the 2021 Elections and attend the annual general membership meeting on June 26, 2021 will need to take the following steps:
Create an account (if this has previously not been created yet) log in at the BAVA website
2. Click on the voter registration link at the BAVA website. Or click here to register.
A photo or scanned copy of the valid ID of the member will need to be taken or uploaded to the voter registration page.
3. In addition to registration to participate and vote in the upcoming General Membership Meeting of BAVA, nominations for the position of Governor for 2021-2023 will also be accepted during the same period of 9:00 am of June 1, 2021 up to 5:00 pm of June 15, 2021. To make a nomination, please accomplish the attached Nomination and Acceptance Form. The nominee must accept the nomination and furnish the BAVA Election Committee with a copy of his latest CV. Completed Nomination and Acceptance Forms must be sent to (BAVA email address) or delivered to the BAVA office at 40 Solar Street, Bel Air Village, not later than 5:00 pm on June 15, 2021.
The submission of the online voter registration shall be considered by BAVA as a formal expression of the members' intent to vote in the 2021 Elections and attend the annual general membership meeting, either by himself or through a proxy.
